Body Armor in Las Venturas?

Is there any body armor laying around in LV? I hate going to
Ammunation and buying some after almost every mission. I like the
free ones.

I'm pretty sure there's one directly across the street from the Four Dragons
Casino. It's underneath that... castle thing.

There's also some armor on the strip street, on the same side of the
street as the Four Dragons, several blocks north where there is a
motel where you can enter the parking lot. You need to climb up to
the 2nd level balcony and it's on the south end. Seems like a lot of
work for armor considering it's not too far away as well at the
ComeALot, but yet, you should know there's one at this location just
described as well.
